Rainbow Children’s Center is licensed by the State of California Department of Social Services and complies with all standards and mandates of that agency. In addition, our staff members must pass a Live Scan Background Clearance by the Department of Justice, provide proof of immunizations, and meet or exceed all requirements for preschool personnel as required by the State of California.
